Shipping Policy

Shipping within the United States. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $150 and up. Free shipping applies to orders totaling $150+ after applicable discounts and before shipping & handling, and taxes are added. Indulgence Boutique Gift Cards do not count toward the $150 order total. Free Shipping may have some exclusion during a sale.

Free Shipping is only available in the United States. Any additional costs that may be incurred during shipping, is the recipients responsibility. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Indulgence Boutique does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase

  • Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. Orders placed on Thursday after 11am EST through Friday 11am EST will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes.
  • Any orders placed after 12PM Eastern Time will be processed the following the business day.
  • Cancellations and changes in the order must be communicated within 1 hour of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed via email to our customer support team.
  • If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the package. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs. 
  • Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
  • We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. You can also contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Indulgence Boutique is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic events. 

  • If a customer receives a package with tape on it, this package was most likely tampered with as we do not put tape on our packages during shipment. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier or the inexpensive Package Protection that we offer at checkout.

  • Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.

  • Please allow 2 days for all Overnight Orders to some states such as South Carolina, California and Texas(depending on location) via USPS.

  • Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and bad weather. Express shipping is also an option.

USPS Insurance Policy:

By choosing insured shipping you are agreeing to these terms. When choosing your shipping service we highly recommend Priority shipping. Priority shipping packages are insured up to $100 with the USPS. In the event of a package lost or damaged due to the mishandling of the USPS the customer is responsible for filling out a claim directly on the USPS website.

International Shipping

Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with package delivery. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Indulgence Boutique and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as TouchDolls does not cover additional customs fee charges. Indulgence Boutique is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
