Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

NOTE: All accepted returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Indulgence Boutique E-Gift Card. All items under Final Sale category cannot be returned for store credit.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. THE ITEM/ITEMS WILL BE REJECTED AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, SHOULD ANY OF THE NOTED NOT MET.

If your return is accepted, All customers are responsible for returning the item(s) with pre-paid shipping. Credit issued will not include original shipping. We reserve the right to not accept any return if the item has been damaged or worn. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your return package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Indulgence Boutique will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Indulgence Boutique E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. *NOTE: Unclaimed package and store credit will be forfeited after 90 days*

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should you have an issue with your item(s) please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned the following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Body Shapers
  • Leggings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear / Cover-ups
  • Lingerie
  • Visibly Worn items
  • Select White Items
  • Items outside of policy window

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via store credit in the form of an Indulgence Boutique E-Gift Card within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopindulgenceboutique.com.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Indulgence Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Indulgence Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team handles situations in which a #IBDoll return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a #IBDoll, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #IBDoll across the globe.

Final Sale Items

All items tagged Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit and are non-returnable including but not limited to Christmas, Pre Black Friday, Black Friday, End Of Season, Cyber Monday Sales, New Years sales, bodysuits, swimwear, swimsuit coverups, and undergarments.
